In my experience as a trainer, I see many guys struggling to achieve their physique goals. I’m almost done with week 3 and absolutely satisfied with the service so far. I love the workout plan as it’s interesting and I’ve made so much progress in such little time. Also the diet plan is amazing.. delicious and convenient. I don’t think there’s a lot of trainers out there who makes diet plans using your favourite foods but Kevin is one for sure! Weekly calls have been great to keep him updated with the program and also to keep our motivation levels high
Working on your fitness goals is never an easy task. There is so much contradicting info out there in what to eat, what exercise variations to do, how often you should workout, how much cardio should be done, when should you upgrade your chart. The list is endless. On top of that your routine and diet needs to be updated as and when you go looking at your progress. Hence, picking the right coach/trainer is extremely important. You cant have all your time, money and effort going down the drain. And having gone through this, I can, without a shred of doubt recommend Kevin.
